Supply and installation costs are integrated into all rates and prices provided.
Our pricing is based on plans submitted via email.
It is the responsibility of the main contractor to ensure access to work at a height of 3.0 meters or greater.
The main contractor must furnish scaffolding and establish safe height operating systems for installation purposes, including stairways, silicon ceilings, and elevated underfloors.
Quotations provided by ProEnergy Solutions remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue.
Our pricing is contingent upon receiving unobstructed access to carry out the specified work.
Rework will be subject to an hourly charge of $50.00 per installer (plus GST), in addition to specific material rates.
ProEnergy Solutions retains the right to impose a reasonable “Postponement Fee” if, due to circumstances beyond our control, the agreed Scope of Work cannot be executed as scheduled without at least two clear Business days’ notice provided by the Contractor.
Any rescheduled start time must be mutually agreed upon, and the Postponement Fee will be calculated based on incurred costs (including wages), expenses, and losses stemming from the delay.
Installation of electrical or other equipment following insulation installation requires the electrician/plumber or relevant trade to ensure compliance with required insulation clearances.
Due to the nature of our work, ProEnergy Solutions does not permit retentions to be held.
Liquidated damages are not applicable to projects undertaken by ProEnergy Solutions.

Payment terms stipulate settlement no later than the 20th day of the month following the invoice date.
