ProEnergy Solutions prioritizes safety throughout our operations. We will:
Ensure that all work is conducted by our skilled and experienced team members, well-versed in insulation, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and specified techniques.
Deliver undamaged and dry products, transporting them to the location in a manner that safeguards them from weather and damage.
Take precautions to prevent distortion, stretching, puncturing, or damage to the edges of sheet materials. Refrain from using damaged or wet products.
Adhere to safe working practices, including wearing appropriate protective clothing when necessary.
Avoid delamination or distortion of insulation products unless required for installation as per specifications or drawings.
Maintain full thickness unless compression is necessary for installation.
Prior to installation, ensure that the location and framing are free from visible moisture, with moisture percentage readings supplied by the Main Contractor and confirmed acceptable according to NZBC or Auckland City Council requirements.
Verify that cavities are adequately closed, including the presence of building papers and vapor barriers – the Main Contractor is responsible for rectifying any deficiencies.
Install insulation, heat pumps, and ventilation products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Reserve the right to refrain from installing in areas deemed unsafe at the time of installation; any such areas will be deducted from the quoted price.
